The operating problem

Deep-hole drilling is a circulation problem as much as a filtration problem.

Coolant has to reach the cutting zone, transport chips through a long bore and return without allowing contamination to destabilise the high-duty circuit. Flow, pressure, pre-separation and heat load must therefore be considered together.

The dirty return is assessed for chip separation before the regenerative fine-filtration stage.

The selected chambers remove the residual particle load from the circulating fluid.

Managed clean-fluid delivery

Pumps, valves and sensors support the required machine-side flow and operating state.

Concentrate recovery

Backwash discharge and retained solids are directed to an application-appropriate handling route.
