Intelligent Coolant
Management for
Precision Machining
Swindek® combines regenerative filtration, fluid monitoring and process intelligence to stabilise machining fluids, reduce waste and improve operational reliability.
From Filtration to Fluid Intelligence.
Swindek® is developing a new generation of regenerative coolant management systems combining filtration, monitoring and process diagnostics into one integrated industrial platform.
Built for Modern Machining Environments
Designed for oil, emulsion, EDM dielectric and water-based machining applications.
-
Swindek’s flagship application: high-volume emulsion systems where coolant is harder to keep stable, filter waste accumulates quickly and manual checks become inefficient. The platform can combine regenerative filtration, concentration control, mixing, temperature monitoring, fluid-level sensing and diagnostic support to eliminate disposable filter cartridges where possible and reduce maintenance pressure across the whole coolant system.
-
Designed for precision processes using emulsion or neat oil, where fine particles, temperature variation and unstable fluid condition can affect surface finish, tolerance and tool performance. Swindek supports cleaner fluid, lower intervention, reduced filter burden and more stable operating conditions across demanding finishing and material-removal applications.
-
Built to support cleaner deionised water management, reduce cartridge use and create space for resin-based conductivity control within a wider fluid management architecture. Swindek can integrate filtration, monitoring, fluid-level control and water-quality visibility into a more complete EDM support system.
-
Swindek’s native environment: a historically grounded application area for regenerative filtration and dielectric fluid management. The system focuses on cleaner dielectric fluid, elimination of disposable cartridge dependency where applicable, reduced contamination build-up and more stable EDM performance.
-
Beyond filtration, Swindek is being developed to support cleaner waste handling, coolant recovery, fluid diagnostics, remote support and future data-driven recommendations. The objective is to help manufacturers move from reactive coolant maintenance to a more controlled, measurable and lower-intervention fluid management model.
