Swindek by GreenHexagon · Lifecycle
One system.
Value across the lifecycle.
Swindek combines regenerative coolant-management hardware, lifecycle support and a developing digital intelligence layer for precision machining environments.
Three connected layers
From installation to operating relationship.
The value of industrial equipment should not end when the system is commissioned. Swindek is structured around three connected layers: physical process infrastructure, lifecycle support and progressively deeper operating visibility.
Swindek System
Regenerative coolant-management infrastructure built around reusable candle filtration, automatic regeneration, fluid recovery and cleaner residue handling.
Designed for application-specific integration across CNC, grinding, EDM and other demanding precision-machining environments.
Swindek Care
A lifecycle-support framework covering commissioning, planned maintenance, system checks, filter-media lifecycle, service history, operating reviews and long-term system reliability.
Swindek Care is being structured around commercial deployments and the service requirements learned from the installed base.
Swindek Intelligence™
A developing monitoring and diagnostic layer designed to provide better visibility into fluid condition, filtration behaviour, maintenance requirements and operating trends.
Intelligence develops progressively around validated industrial applications, operating data and practical customer requirements.
Hardware creates the infrastructure. Care maintains the relationship. Intelligence makes the process measurable.
From equipment to lifecycle infrastructure
Industrial value does not stop at the hardware.
Digitalisation and lifecycle services are changing the relationship between industrial equipment and the companies that operate it. The opportunity is not to add technology for its own sake, but to make equipment easier to support, easier to understand and more valuable throughout its working life.
Swindek applies that principle to coolant management: keep the physical system tangible, make service useful and introduce digital capability where it can improve visibility, maintenance and process stability.
Application assessment, system configuration, commissioning and integration.
Regenerative filtration, maintenance support, service history and lifecycle management.
Monitoring, diagnostics and progressively deeper understanding of the fluid-management process.
Regenerative circularity
From waste stream to material stream.
Filtration is only one part of the material flow. Swindek is designed to keep valuable process fluid in circulation while producing a cleaner, drier and more manageable residue stream.
Better separation at source can create better conditions for handling, recycling and future material recovery — particularly in high-value precision-machining environments.
Compaction and enhanced material-recovery modules can extend this architecture further — progressively moving selected machining residues from contaminated waste toward cleaner secondary-material streams. Material recovery will depend on alloy, contamination level and downstream recycler requirements.
Built around the process
Lifecycle value for demanding machining environments.
Swindek is focused on precision-machining applications where coolant condition, filtration burden, fines handling and operator intervention influence the wider production process.
Swindek by GreenHexagon
Evaluate the lifecycle, not only the filter.
Swindek is currently engaging with machine-tool manufacturers, precision-machining companies and technical partners around application assessment, commercial deployments and future machine integration.
